About Us

The office of Federal and State Education Programs (FSEP) designs, develops, and administers technical support systems that assist central offices, Regions, and schools to execute federal and state school improvement mandates and utilize resources that result in improved student learning for both public and participating private schools.
 
The office of Federal and State Education Programs (FSEP) administers and/or provides technical support on: 
  • Title I and IV, Part A, Fiscal and Program Requirements
  • Title II, Part A, monitoring within the LEA
  • Federal Program Monitoring (FPM)
  • School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA)
  • Schoolwide Programs (SWP)
  • Targeted Assistance Schools (TAS)
  • State Identified Schools
  • Title I Equitable Participation in Private Schools

2024-2025 Time and Effort Documentation

Time and Effort documentation should be collected and certified after each Title I funded activity concludes. Categorically funded positions should be certified at the end of the certification period.
